Our Story

Not a café.
Not a bar.
Both, done right.

Grand Mars was born from a simple conviction: that excellent coffee and excellent cocktails share the same DNA—intention, technique, and respect for the ingredient. We opened our doors on Grand Avenue in Astoria with nothing to prove and everything to pour.

Roasted with purpose

We source green beans directly from specialty farms and roast in small batches to highlight each origin's character.

Crafted, not copied

Every cocktail is built from house-made syrups, fresh juices, and spirits selected for balance—not trend.

A neighborhood anchor

We're not a chain. We're the table you claim, the bar seat that becomes yours, the corner of Astoria that feels like home.
